With my first pregnancy, I only got sick after dinner or before bedtime. Every night I was at least nauseous at that time. For a lot of women "morning sickness" is not in the morning.
First, Not sure KFC helped the situation lol A lot of greasy, oily, fried or fatty foods will make you sick just because they aren't a healthy meal to begin with. I've also noticed I had to eat hours before laying down to avoid it coming back up. If you have to eat close to bedtime, sleep propped up or sitting to completely allow your food to digest.
