I've been having really crazy dream lately. ...don't take the vitamin yet
I take mine in the morning haven't had any issues except the days I'm sick all day I'll take them at night before bed, maybe try switching brands or something? It's just extra vitamins I don't think you should get night mares from them although I have read stories relating to pregnancy itself causing nightmares not the actual vitamins also pregnancy dreams can be very arousing so maybe it's just your pregnancy no the actual pre natal? I hope you can get it sorted though sounds horrible :(
I take my prenatal vitamins in the morning around 9 with breakfast and I still have weird dreams and sometimes nightmares but it's not as strong as if I took it in the evening
I think you can take them any time of the day. I take mine right after lunch, because thats the easiest way so i dont forget. They say to take them later in the day because if you have morning sickness there's no point in taking them if you'll throw them up.
But if you dont throw up, than its perfectly fine to take them at any time of the day.
Does anyone have any side effects after taking them in the morning?
Try taking them in the morning and then you'll see if there's any difference :)
I got them really bad when I took benadryl for my allergies
Good question
I have nightmares every night
And I DONT LIKE IT
This is actually a really good question now that I think about it.... because with my first I had prenatals since day one. And always had nightmares. Crazy vivid really scary dreams. This pregnancy I'll be 16 weeks tomorrow, have not started prenatals yet due to having really bad morning sickness, can't keep anything down, everything makes me sick... but I haven't actually had bad night mares. Weird dreams or dreams about the baby I've had, I've even had sexual dreams. But no nightmares! But I can remember those night mares I had five years ago when pregnant with my first for every detail because of how traumatizing they were. I always woke up drenched in sweat, crying because they seemed so real. So maybe it does have something to do with the prenatals!
