nipple piercings and breastfeeding
I had my nipples pierced years ago. They are fully healed by now. I'm just wondering if anyone has had nipple piercings in the past and still breastfed? I was wondering if the scar tissue can interfere with the flow at all or does the milk come out just fine? I plan on breastfeeding but I am curious if it could be a problem and will I need a back up plan.
Same. Had no issues and breastfed till he was 9 months. Could have and should have gone longer but didnt.
I had mine pierced a couple years as well... mine healed just fine and I breastfed normally as well :) no issues. Good luck! :D
