leg pain

Last night when I stood up and had walked a couple of steps, my left calf became beyond painful, almost like a cramp feeling. I don't know if I accidentally twisted it as I was walking or what, but the pain was there through the night and to walk on it today is unbearably painful.. is it something I need to worry about? My family have a history of blood clots, and a few weeks before I fell pregnant I'd had a suspected one but in my right calf! Everything in pregnancy makes me worry, so people's views on this would be great :)

Hi there* I have the exact same problem. My pain happens during the night when I'm sleeping, I would then stretch out and my calves bulges up and it's excruciatingly painful that I would have to sit up and rub them. My husband helps too, especially if it won't go away. So I would say it's quite normal, nothing to worry about! :) I'm 35 weeks and 3 days and this has been happening since I was a little over 20 weeks.
