nipple stimulation definitely works!!

I will be 39 weeks on Thursday & I was just laying in bed for the past 2 hours doing it & now that I stopped and got up to move around these contractions are in full force! It is true what they say about the contractions being stronger when caused from nipplr stimulation though, they didn't even start off slow so if you plan on trying, just be prepared! So if you're tired & ready to get things going I definitely recommend nipple stimulation! Good luck ladies :)

Well more in detail it was more my thumb & index finger doing the tugging while my middle finger was on my nipple moving in a circular motion

Molly149x you're supposed to mimick how it would be if you were breastfeeding, & make sure to get aerola also & not just top of the nipple. I took my thumb, index finger, & middle finger & was slightly tugging outward repeatedly from the base (the aerola) for about 15-20 minutes on one then switch to the other for another 15-20 minutes then took a 10 minute break & repeated it all over again. I'm still having the contractions but they're easing up a bit so I'm about to start doing it again & hope to make them more regular...I will definitely let you guys know!
