@Naturaly_nea thanks so much i have been doing a bit better for some odd reason i did get a sports bra and may be its helped bt i am not as sensitive.. I am complaining bt you knw i am glad
I'm 9 weeks 3 days, my boobs have eased up on pain since I've started wearing bigger bras. Sports bras really didn't help me much.
@edeg07: Try heating pads but you may also need to buy bigger cotton, no wire bras. I found as long as they were comfortably held and not squished or touched they didn't hurt as much.
@Linsay_Berger: Your boobs/nips are itching because your skin is stretching and likely dry. Keep them lotioned A LOT ladies daily.
I'm 9 weeks and past sore mine itch like a mo do! Its hard to scratch such a sensitive area!
It's old school but does work! Cold cabbage leaves from fridge secured to breasts with a sports bra
I'm 19 weeks and mine hurt in the first trimester the heating pad was my savior!
Thats what i have been told warm compress would help havent tried yet bt i been meaning to get a sports bra i just didnt knw that it was going to be a good idea. Now i knw my husband actually told me to do it...
This may seem weird but massage them or try a warm compress like a heating pad. I'm almost 5 months and I have to use the heating pad. But I don't have much soreness
Im 5 weeks and my boobs hurt :(.
I'm 6 weeks and 3 days. I've been using cold compresses for a few minutes here and there. Also, I've been wearing a sports bra when I can. For Some reason the gentle pressure helps.
