Potatoes have been my best friend so far this pregnancy. Baked fries tossed in some olive oil. Or just a baked potato. Even potato chips help settle my stomach. I feel you though. I haven't been able to eat much else. I can't stand ANY meats at all:(
Same thing happened to me early on. I would make fruit smoothies with some type of veggie. And that would hold me over for a while.
Cream soup is always good :)
Eating fruit should help..I've been the same but eating little portions help.
Yes I been vomiting and nauseous so I try to eat light because the vomiting all day
have no appetite for anything i can barely finish a first bowl of food cus if i finish i feel like i will throw it up
Saltiness crackers have helped me through my nausea and eating small meals instead of trying to eat full course meals helps too. Ask your doctor about getting you promethazine to help with the nausea.
