Yeah the food based vitamins will be a lot easier. So the Flintstone gummies or the gummie prenatals you can buy at a grocery store. The reason the prenatals the doctors give you make you sick is bc they're chemically made and our bodies are already going through a lot so to put a bunch of chemicals into the mix the body goes into overload. That's what my aunt whose a midwife told me... you can also go to a whole foods store and they'll have prenatals there just make sure you talk to your doctor before taking them.

I had hg as well.  My dr told me to take flinstones complete gummies.  The only this its missing is the folic acid which you can do seperatly.  And start taking when you feel up to it. But the i was able to keep the flinstones down and the gummies are alot easier on your stomach

I had HG till 27 weeks and tried all three types of prenatal vitamins and couldn't keep any down. I haven't taken them since November when I was about 10 weeks and I'm now 28 weeks. My baby boy is in the 34%tile. You have nothing to worry about! :)

Will be fine to skip a day or two.  I forget some days.  I am also on a strict diet so my doctor told me to double up on my vitamins to make sure i am getting all i need.
