no pregnancy symptoms

I am 4 weeks along and don't really have any pregnancy symptoms other than a little bloating and light heartburn. Is this ok? I know most woman would probably be thankful for no nausea or breast tenderness, but I am curious if a lack of symptoms can be correlated with less hormones or an increased chance of a miscarriage. Any help?

I didn't have any symptoms with my first. Almost like I was not pregnant. Now it was completely different with the 2nd one. Morning sickness sore Breast. So you have nothing to worry about. Just enjoy the ride

Oh...enjoy it!!!!  There is nothing wrong with having no symptoms.  I'm sure in a few more weeks you will be having some symptoms.  But if not you are one lucky mommy.
