Ok well they test for it around 28 weeks u will go and drink this orange or lemon flavored drink. u will have to stay there for a hour. They will take ur blood. And if u have diabetes they will call and tell u. Or ur dr will tell u. Andu will have to watch what u eat but idk if there are signs before hand i have never had it but thats what will happen.
People hate the test they think it's nasty but I like it! The stuff they make you drink just tastes like super syrupy soda.. I don't know how you dr does it but they told me not to eat before I went and you just drink it wait an hour and get your blood drawn and they called me with my results within days..
