nosebleeds during pregnancy

Im 9 weeks 1 day and i was outside playing with my daughter and all of a sudden out of know where my nose started bleeding. I have never had a nose bleed before. It wasn't a lot but enough to freak me out for a while. Im not sure if nose bleeds are associated with pregnancy because i have never experienced that before. Any of you ladies experience this?

I was told by my doctor that your uterus is connected to your nasal cavity and some women instead of spotting will get a nose bleed. Or it could be from the dry air. But it's very normal and common. They even said that some women will get a nose bleed after sex bc the uterus was irritated.

I have a 4 year old and I'm 33 weeks now with my second baby, and both pregnancies I've had nosebleeds. It's completely normal. With my first my nose would bleed and The blood would actually drip out But For Some reason this time When my nose bleeds It isn't alot and won't drip but I can feel and taste The blood So I Just use a neti pot to clean my nose out. Sorry I know That sounds So gross But what's not gross about pregnancy. Lolz.  I hate nose bleeds though can't wait till I'm not getting them anymore!

Yes! I have never had a nose bleed my entire life and now I get them almost every day. They say it's because of the increase in blood your body is creating during pregnancy. I'm now 36+2 and they have started slwong down the last cpl wks

Nosebleeds canbe fairly common during pregnancy yes..your body is making extra blood and it makes the vessels in your nose swell which can lead to nosebleeds
