I can totally relate because I too am having sleepless nights
When I got to the point where I was only getting 45 minutes to 3 hours of sleep, I talked to my doctor. He recommended Tylenol PM. when that didn't help, he took me out of work. Since then, I've been getting 8 hours sleep a night, with frequent bathroom breaks. Its not the best, but better than getting virtually no sleep. I'm at 37 weeks now. Get a big body pillow and talk to your doctor.
