not enough water?

I feel like I'm constantly thirsty no matter how much I drink. I love water, but can't seem to get enough of it to satisfy my thirst, is that normal during pregnancy?

Yeah i feel like im so thirsty all the time i wad worried i was drinking TOO much. Ive been drinking well over 64 oz. Everythings ok with me though, its probably just our bodies doing what it needs to do.

Well I've always drink water. Since I've been pregnant I drank so much more water. Example a 32pk of aquafina water last for 4days. There's nothing wrong with it , this is my 3rd pregnancy both previous healthy 8pounds babies. My fluid was clear skin was hydrated  nails hair etc . I would just say like some women crave food etc I crave water alot of it particularly aquafina brand. It slows down after the baby but I still drink alot because of breastfeeding.  So I would say drink up.

This was the first hint that I was pregnant about 5 days before I missed my period I was having extreme thirst. I would drink water until my belly hurt then anxiously wait until it stopped so I could drink more. Two days layer the exhaustion set in.

I went through a stage like that when i entered my third trimester. I felt like my body wasn't retaining any of the water i was drinking. I did some research online and came up with this drink that helped a lot. All it was was a glass of water with a dash of salt and some lemon juice. The salt helps you retain thewater while the lemon juice peovides electrolytes. Hope this helps you like it did me

Be sure to monitor yourself for gestational diabetes. I had vague signs among which great thirst as well and few months  later, although not diagnosed with GD (yet) took my glucose tolerance test and it came out fine towards "funny" as my doc said. This despite the fact that I am thin, I don't eat many sweets and had no diabetes in my family. But metabolism can change during pregnancy...So just keep an eye on it and any other symptoms.
