I tried prenatals, Flintstones and gummies but everything made me violently ill. I tried taking then at different times of the day and it made no difference. I'm 33 weeks and so far my boy is measuring just fine and looks good :) Just try and make up for it with diet and it'll be alright

I took my prenatals until I hit my second trimester then I stopped because they made me very sick too. I'm 32 weeks now and they say everything with baby boy is perfect.

I always used the gummy prenatal ones and never had a problem. My iron had always been fine too so unless your doc says your low on iron, you don't need it.  Iron is what makes people sick.

Try Garden Of Life
Vitamin Code Raw Prenatal
It is a non gmo whole food multi vitamin. Your body recognizes whole food supplements and can utilize better than lab created stuff. Also gentler on your system! I have not thrown up at all with them! I also take their raw food created iron ,which is non constipating and gentle on stomach! Hope it works for you all that had problems with other brands! You can buy online for less $.

Try a gummy prenatal or the breakfast shake, like carnations or drink ensure. Basically, baby takes all your nutrients, so what baby is taking from you, the prenatal gives you back. So it's best to take or supplement for it. Your baby will be healthy if you don't take one, but you might start feeling the affects of it later if your not getting enough yourself.

I was super sick with my daughter when I took prenatals. So I took Flintstones vitamins instead and dr said that was fine. Now I am taking a prenatal gummy which has been amazing but was just informed by the Dr when my morning sickness subsides, I need to switch to one with iron bc apparantly the gummies don't have it. I think it's safer to take them.

I'm the exact same. I.took them ad much as I could in my 1st trimester but in always threw up afterwards so not sure how much in really absorbed. And now I'm 23 weeks and not taking them. My midwife said as long as im eating well in my ok. It's just my iron levels that I need to watch. But that's more for me not the baby

I couldn't take them without getting sick. My doc had me drink breakfast shakes. It's to helpake sure any nutrition you may be missing will be caught by the vitamins.

Its good and recommended to take prenatal vitamins, but don't let people scare you. My sister never took any, and she has had two very healthy babies!
