numb hands!
I'm right now 26 weeks and every time I wake up in the middle of the night my hands are so numb.. not like a fell asleep numb but a hurting numb. I know I sleep on them but does anyone else experience this?
Pregnancy carpal tunnel. Should go away after baby is born. Try wearing wrist braces while you sleep. It should help with the numbness. I've been dealing with it for 10 years and it's only getting worse with pregnancy.
I do but its now all the time the doctor told me that itjust made my carpartunel worst do here I am dealing with it
