omg

My kitten is crying at me. She sleeps in a kennel at night in my room. I check every morning to see if she has pooped or peed in it and she never does. Im waiting until I can find places fot all of Bella's things before I let her wander around at night again. But oh my gosh I dont ever remember dealing with this with my puppy. Hazel will normally calm down after a minute of crying but its gone on for almost five minutes now. I don't know what to do. She has no choice but to stay in her kennel because I need to put up Bella's clean laundry tomorrow, since I just hot finished with it thirty minutes ago and its too late to put anything up right now. Someone help me please

The cat peeing in places other then it's box is a way of saying hey i don't feel good take me to the drs. And you tell your dr what the cat I d doing and they will run tests. Did this with my cat, found out she had crystallization in her bladder and mild kidney infection. Got him on special diet abd two cat boxes both in different locations. Cat is good as new, uses both boxes, hasn't peed any where since.

Like if I was allowed to keep her in the downstairs bathroom during the night I would but my parents wont let me because she does cry when she hears the other cat or when my step dad wakes up in the morning. I really hope and pray to have her out of the kennel and roaming at night by this weekend

Yeah that s.ucks:( i have to keep one of my cats in a room at night because she is only 6months old so she likes to bite toes in the middle of the night lol. But she is okay with it because once it gets dark she runs in that room and lays down.

I have her pretty much potty trained to only go in the litter box im just worried about night time. She had diarrhea one night and wasn't able to make it downstairs to the litter box, so she went to the bathroom in our bathroom. Im really hoping that this weekend will be the start of no more kennel sleeping. I hate hate hate having her in the kennel

She may be peeing because of the male cat being in the home, like a territorial(spellcheck) thing.

She is hyper but I think its because she is only four months old. Only problem with getting a second litter box is nowhere to put it :( our laundry room is completely full. Ugh I wish I could change their litter. Im gonna have my sister clean it tomorrow. She was gonna all day today or im sure she would have cleaned it already. We just have an adult male cat, he is fixed and then we also have hazel and between the two going all day it gets dirty faster

If you must clean it, wear a face mask or cover your mouth and nose with a towel. And if u change it right after they use it, its less likely to carry the bacteria as it takes 12-24hrs for the bacteria to grow.

Cats dont.do well in kennels like dogs do..plus cats are pretty clean animals..I wouldnt worry about the cat being around the baby stuff..but my.koms cat chewed her own tail off cuz she was locked in a kennel while at a boarding place...when my mom was on vacation....cats can freak out due 2 being.locked in a.kenel..again they r not like dogs.at all

She just got fixed on the fifth. My sister cleans the litter box but she is in high school and she starts back next Monday and then she also does marching band. So she barely has time to clean it. It really does suck because I really would like to help clean it but im four weeks away from my due date

Maybe you should try getting her own litter box and also try a few different types of litter, some cats are picky about the feeling of different litters on their paws i know it sounds crazy lol but i have two cats and two litter boxes they both use them but just in case one gets too dirty before my bf gets home to change it i have the back up one for them:) also get her fixed/spayed it'll help a ton both of my cats were super hyper and wild but i got them fixed and they are really calm now .

Ohh I'm sorry to hear that. Is she fixed?  Litter boxes suck while pregnant because we always have to rely on other people to clean it! Lol.

Im hoping to have her back out of the kennel by this weekend. I hate having her in there but she has a tendency to pee on things. She hasn't done it in awhile so that's why im letting her out this weekend. I just have to get everything cleaned up before hand and put up. Hoping Chris can take some things Friday night that way I have more space for the things that are staying at my parents house. She is passed out now. I hate hearing her cry and I hate putting her in the kennel. We really need two litter boxes because she only goes pee or poop someplace else when their litter box is nasty :(

I would not do that... my sister did this to a cat and it was a perfect kitty :) and this cat like.. went mad and got extreamly mean!!! Like I went to pet it and it bit me!!!! Before it was just find but it was ruined by the kennel.. cats are not like dogs at all.. I would not reccomend this with a baby on the way.. you don't want a mean cat..
