pains when i cough or sneeze

When i cough or sneeze i get this little pain in the lower abdomen just below my bellybutton. Is this good or bad? Any advice?

It also happens to me and now more because I have a cold :(

Everything relaxes when pregnant, so it is not unusual to get twinges and cramps.

Alright as long as its nit hurtin the baby im good lol. Im a first time mom an this worried me so much. Thank you mommas for the advice..

Urgh I hate this! Sometimes it really hurts. I agree with above, bringing your knees in really does help. It's those sneaky sneezes that catch you off guard...OMG they hurt lol.

Its normal! Its because your uterus is growing and pulling on your ligaments. So when you sneeze it pulls them more causing a quick pain, sometimes sharp. Try standing up before you cough/sneeze or bring your knees in.

I get that as well, I noticed it is worse when lying flat. What I do is bend my knees closer to my abdomen before a cough or sneeze and I never get the pain. Not sure why this happens exactly, could just be feeling your uterus contracting from the pressure. I dont think its anything to worry about.

Its ok I have the same thing, its just the baby being down there...
