Yea i try to be positive and i try to control my brain, but it is hard.. I guess i need to try harder..
I've had awful dreams while pregnant too. Woke up crying and anxious. I catch myself thinking negatively at times too. I've created a vision board. Basically a white board and I've cut and pasted only positive, happy thoughts and future goals. I put it where u can see it everyday as a reminder to be grateful and happy. ;) Try it. Good luck.
I think everyone has these dreams at some point, even if we don't think about it it sits in there

You really need some self enlightenment. Fear is nothing more than the stories that you put in your head. Echartt Tolle is amazing, if you're looking to become more self enlightened his books are the very best you'll never see life the same

Im afraid to be sick, to something wrong happend to my baby,, my husband to hurt me,, just to much protectiv and afraid.. And yes i would like to read a book about it.. Tnx so much.
And when you get nervous or anxious to help with any attacks, surround yourself with cold objects, whether it be going outside into cold weather for a second or I always chew on ice cubes! Cold things actually lower heart rate and help with panic attacks (:
I'm a hypochondriac, constantly concerned about mine or my child's health! Really you just have to learn to rewire your thoughts and when they start spiraling down the negative path, you have to breathe and just think positive (seems impossible, I know) but you can train your brain eventually! Everything you're worried about is completely normal to worry about, but all you really have to do is learn breathing techniques and surround yourself with distractions and people who care about you and know your struggle! It makes t easier to have support
Its normal to think that something will happen to baby and I think every first time mother is scared if the pain during g labor but you'll also be very excited that your going to meet your bundle of joy. Just think about how precious and beautiful your baby will be and no one will love you as much as your child . just stay positive and relaxed everything will be fine.
