philledelphia cream cheese can you eat it ?
Ive been craving cream cheese alot
I hope its ok! I eat it a few times a week with a bagel or crackers.. like the other ladies said unpasteurized is not too safe tho.
Cream cheese is fine. It's pasteurized. Any pasteurized dairy product is fine, even the soft cheeses they USED to warn you about.
I've had cream cheese and told my nutricionist.. she didn't say I couldn't have it.. she just said small portion not so often
I'm not positive but I'm sure its fine. I think they mean more like brie or blue cheese, things like that
But i hearx its bad to eat soft cheeses
