pills?

I have never taken any pills before and even when I was younger I always refused. Now that I'm pregnant my bf insist that I take prenatals. Well idk if it's the problem but I think it is. I always throw up after I take them. Does anyone else have that  problem?

Youre probably throwing them due to morning sickness. Try taking them before bed instead if u havent tried yet. There is also a Gummy prenatal vitamin u can chew instead and that may be better for u since u dont like swallowing pills. Hope that works out for u. Take care :)

I dont take any vitamins myself but i know iron does make soo many women very sick and nauseos..its quite hard on the stomach

Did you try the gummy kinds? They taste great and might be easier to keep down
