My sister did it. She thinks it was worthwhile. To be honest, mammals eat it raw very soon after birth (it's like a ready made meal for a time when they can't go and hunt - but I've got my mum and husband to do that). I feel like the benefits are mainly in it's raw state (which dehydrated capsules are technically still raw) and mainly for immediately after birth (which you can't do if you're getting them encapsulated as it takes a day or 2)... So I'm not convinced I need them or would benefit from them that much, but not opposed to the idea either :)
