I'm 9weeks pregnant with twins , last night I was in soooo much pain in the lower bottom of my stomach we are out of town , but when we got the Er my pregnancy test came back negative and my blood work...but I've been to the doctor back home and I've had ultrasound I know I'm pregnant could I have had a miscarriage ? And didn't know
If you had a missed miscarriage you don't have any sign of miscarriage but the fetus is no longer living I'm not saying that is what happened but it is weird that your blood came back negative for pregnancy at 9 weeks
They told me they don't do ultrasounds unless its an a emergency

No ultra sound? No test to check your hcg levels??? That sounds lazy and neglectful on their part. Of you told them that you have been confirmed by a Dr that you are pregnant they should have done more for you. You can always go back to the er and demand an ultrasound. I've never had a miscarriage let alone been pregnant with twins so I'm not sure if you are. I hope you arent though. How far along were you when you had the ultrasound that confirmed your pregnancy?
Once the testes came back negative they just discharge me, they didn't check me or anything
No I haven't had any bleeding at all
