i will need to ask my doctor
people told me thay lying on my back is bad
Lying on the left side takes pressure off of the aorta which is the largest artery in the body. It's actually called "the recovery position" because it allows the most blood flow possible. I'm not sure who has told you that it's dangerous to lye on your back....
I sleep on my back 90% of the time I'm 29 weeks and baby is perfectly healthy. In L&D a few days so the ob suggested I sleep on my back in recliner so I could breather better (I have some severe chest congestion)
