You can't just stop or not take your vitamins yes baby will be ok (speaking from experience here) I had hyperemesis gravidarum with my first and could not even keep water down not a sip let alone my vitamin or food. My ob says if you cant keep liquid down for 48hr+ plus you call them being dehydrated is Not good. Yes being sick to some degree during pregnancy is normal but it's not healthy or safe to not be able to eat or drink! Plus if your not eating puking everything up your getting no nutrition there or from a vitamin.

Try eating some crackers when you take your prenatal. First pregnancy I could take them with no issue - this pregnancy total opposite.

It's normal. Your on the start of pregnancy and some women can't keep anything down. No worries the baby will be ok. I had the same happen to me. Try eating little quantity all day. And lots of water. It helps :)
