please help

Hey I'm 22 weeks pregnant I'm having a baby girl and I need some advice. This morning at 3 I woke up with a real uncomfortable pain in my right side of my hip well it went from my hip down to literally the bottom of my foot I figured she's just laying on a nerve and today she has been super active! And when I go to get up I feel like my female parts are about to fall out and then my hip and everything still hurts I've been resting and laying on a heating pad, I've propped up my legs, and put a pillow behind my back but I'm still in a lot of pain any suggestions on maybe how I can move her off my nerve or anything for the pain? And can your insides get soar from her moving so much? Should I call my dr?

Could also be siatica. I have had it with this pregnancy since 20 weeks. It feels different for everyone. Sometimes it is in your back or hip or butt and it radiates down your legs

Yes your insides can be sore from how she is sitting.. Almost sounds like you have fibromyalgia though.. I would talk to your doctor. I developed it when i as pregnant with my second child. I would say just resting and a heating pad would help
