post partum

So im pretty happy with how my body has gone back down, honestly if u look at me u wouldnt know i had been pregnant, but i do have a bit of flab from being so big lol, i was wondering how i can get rid of this... i am breast feeding so i know that helps, im only 2 weeks post partum (monday) but i would like to get rid of this flab :p help please?

It will go by itself.  2 wks pp is awesome if you are looking that good already.  Dont forget that it took 9months to get that big, so for some women it takes just as long for their bodies to 'go back'

I wouldn't worry about that now. If you are nursing, diet and exercise can decrease your milk supply. After you wean you'll be able to tone it up again

Talk to your doctor and go to the gym
I m lucky my mother in law is personal trainer and she is gonna help me get back in the shape after my doctor says its ok to
But i was active my entire life and weight lifting until i got pregnant
I m not bulky or whatever but in shape
Now i m 22w6d and i gaind 10lbs in total
If you dont look from the side you wouldnt be able to tell that i m pregnant

I always say give your body time to recover before you start exercicing. To mw 2 weeks is too soon but then again it is better to get the ok from your Doc before you start anything.

Before i was prego i was 112 by the end i was 134 n now im back down to 119 so ive lost alot already by just having the baby n i know its great n im happy with it n honestly if i dont loose anymore it wont be a big deal at all but i just want this lil pudge gone XD my dr told me to take it easy till the 6 week mark so i cnt really work out unless i take it easy or something, i guess i shouldnt worry about it but i cant help it lol
