What did your doctor say? As long as your baby is growing, you should be Ok. It's still early.  Monitor your diet and keep an eye on your weight.  But do not obsess!

I'll be 21 weeks and haven't gained anything either. My baby is on track with her growing so it hasn't been a problem for me.

It's normal not to gain much weight in the first trimester. Just be glad, because that won't last much longer.

No you're fine as long as the baby is okay. I lost 17lbs between 6-12 weeks from puking and I just now gained an extra pound from when I started and I'm 28wks.baby is actually 2oz over lol.

I started gaining weight at about week 20.  Plus I had the 20 week ultrasound and they said the baby was growing fine.  I think no weight gain at 16 weeks is fairly normal.

I didn't gained weight untill around 18_22weeks. As long as your eating and taking your prenatal baby should be ok:)
