pre labor?

Constantly feeling like I have to poo but nothing happens, dull back ache/period like pains, leaking breasts (just started tonight), & tons of pelvic pressure. Could she be coming soon?

I would call your doctor tomorrow maybe they can get you in to check you out. It sounds like labor to me! Congratulations! :)

I have similar symptoms I'm 37+2 too. Back cramps and abdominal pressure is killing me but I still walk. Last time my dr checked me on Tuesday I was 1 and half cm dilated hopefully I'll be little more when she check me tomorrow.  Can't wait for this baby to come out. :)

What does it feel like when you try to go? You don't have to answer that if you don't want to lol. For me it feels like he is pushing his head through but I'm closed so it's not that haha

I get waves of nausea but no vomiting. I had diarrhea twice earlier today but thought it was something I ate. Now I just feel like I need to poo but nothing happens.

I have contractions, 60% effaced, I had diarrhea for 2 weeks straight, my nausea went away, horrible headache, a ton of pressure, horrible back pain, preterm labor at 22 weeks.. now 24 weeks still have contractions and headaches and diarrhea but also vomiting. Been on medication to stop labor for about 2 weeks now. But that's what labor felt like to me. At least early labor

I had an appt last Thursday & was closed, but I've been walking since then so I'm wondering if that helped any. My stomach is also tightening but its not painful & doesn't last long

I'm feeling similar but no leaking and I've been pooping a lot.  I'm 37+3 but my doctor hasn't done a pelvic exam yet so I have no clue if I'm dilated or anything.
