pregnancy anxiety

I am 4 weeks 5 day. I'm constantly worried about baby. I'm like obsessing over everything I feel. I had like poking feeling in my lower Right abdomen. Cramps feel like my whole uterus is engaged (like really mild menstrual cramps that are randomized). Nausea, constipation, fatigued, are about the only symptoms I have. Do you think everything sounds fine. Baby is okay? And strategies to calm my racing thoughts? First prenatal October 28th. These days aren't going by quick enough.

I really appreciate all of the encouging word from both of the things I have posted here. This is my first pregancy. I don't know how I would get through these next couple weeks with out this app and all the encouraging women on here. PHEW! I also went to the store and bought a clear blue pregnancy test (the one that have the week estimator on them). According to clear blue , my hcg hormones  have definitely gone up since when I found out I was expecting. So I feel better in addition to the test.

All of those symptoms are NORMAL! You really shouldn't worry about any of it, unless you start bleeding (and I mean bright red!). Just relax and know all those strange feelings are just your body starting it's unbelievable changing for your pregnancy. =)

Sounds about right. You'll be fine, mama. I know anxiety is heightened when you're pregnant, but it sounds like your symptoms are spot on for normal pregnancy.
I think you're nerves are normal and it's just a sign that you care so deeply for your baby. Do try to calm yourself, you don't need to worry.
I know what you mean about the days going slowly. I hate that part.
