prenatal vitamins and regular vitamins
I asked my doctor if i could take prenatal and regular vitamins together and she said yes and I'm 10 weeks but now my stomach hurts and i feel like i could vomit what should i do????
Sometimes large amounts of vitamins will cause nausea. Try separating them or taking them with food. But it also could be morning sickness.
I dont think it is because of thr the vitamins. When you are pregnant, you just get sick. Definitely talk to your dr. At your nexy appointment but nausea and comitting are VERY common symptems of growing a human.
