prenatal vitamins

I'm a first time mom who just found out im pregnant :) . . But I forgot to ask my doctor if I should take my vitamins with or without food? Can someone help plz nd thank you

I would take yours at night when I took mine during the day I would burp and the smell of the prenatal would cause me to puke :/

I tale them before bed with a small snack. Otherwise, I get super nauseated. :/ Just find whatever works best for you and stick with it. :)

I take mine with dinner. If i take them without food i get sick but i do think taking them closer to bed helps absorption too. (That might not be true but it's what I think) once you find a time, just make it part of your every day. I have a small pill bottle with some of mine in my purse so if we eat out I can still take it with dinner.

I take mine with my dinner. It really helps with avoiding the tummy issues!

At take before you go to bed at night... not during the day it helps with absorption and nausea..... nobidy told me how to take them in the beginning and they were making me horribly sick

Which ever one...it doesn't matter...for some the pill is strong so they take it with food...personal preference. ..might want to take it with food though since it's your first time
