prenatal vitamins

I'm a first time mom and I am not sure which brand of vitamins is the best or when I should begin taking them. I am one month along

Any vitamins are better than none, I cant afford the most expensive ones , but they the ones I take are 4.99 and have the same ingredients in them that the $20 ones have

Please keep in mind prenatal gummy vitamins don't have iron in them (I'm a nutritionist and I have looked at the different brands and they don't have iron).  Iron is very important when your pregnant

I take vitafol one. The capsules aren't big and they haven't made me sick!

My doctor gave me a prescription and as long as i eat before i take them i dont get sick,  and my insurance covers the cost

The vitafusion gummies are great. I was taking pills and was getting really sick from them so i switched to the gummies and now i dont get sick. I am 30 weeks

im typically good with any store brand. but i have trouble with pills so i like the gummies.

Start taking them now. I take vitafusion gummies they taste good and don't make me sick to my stomach.
