There's some days when I forget to drink my prenatal vitamins, is it bad if I don't take them exactly everyday?
I haven't tooken mine since January and my babygirl is healthy so you should be fine
I forgot to take mine a bunch and i just had my daughter and she perfectly healthy
No its not. I asked that my midwife as I had period of over a month when I just didn't took them. As long as u take 2 to 3 per week it's fine. Some women don't take them at all and they fine. So don't worry too much Xxx
