I was on progesterone since I confirmed I was pregnant. I have miscarried in the past. I'm convinced progesterone id's the only reason why I'll be meeting my lovely daughter here in 2 weeks

Also on progesterone, to stop miscarriage because j don't produce enough naturally. I've miscarried before but this time all is going well so far (touch wood) so I think the pills are making a difference!  I have no side effects from the pills so can't see any reason not to take them, anything that helps baby...

I had a still born in June this year & they prescribed it to me at 6 weeks 4days because the baby's heart beat was 117 she said its low but I looked it up and it said its normal?

I'm on progesterone tablets and weekly shots too. It is used in high risk pregnancies.

As far as i know it helps prevent a misscariage, but only in some cases. If there is a genetic problem it will not help. I'm on progesterone too and also on a low activity and lots of rest. Hope it all goes well this time

It's supposed to because it is a hormone you need during pregnancy. Did you have a miscarriage before? They usually only prescribe that if you have had a miscarriage or multiple miscarriages before, that's why I ask.
