Hello everyone, i not long ago found out i was preg with my second child. I am 6weeks and 3days i have a toddler she not long ago turned 2. I was wondering if anyone could give me some good tips on how to help with back pain? I never got back pain with my first, its hard to sleep most nights and some days i feel like my legs are jelly and are going to cave and ill end up falling over. I dont want to hurt myself nor my unborn child. Also i was wondering on tips to boost my energy levels as i seem to have none as the weeks go by. Which makes it hard having a toddler full of energy to take care of 24/7. Thank you for your time :)
