Sounds like SPD... I had it from week 13 up until a week after I had my baby... it is bothersome in the beginning and unfortunately gets worse as you get closer to delivery.. rolling over in bed was the worst... good thing is that it does go away.. I know how you feel

Ive been struggling with pubic pain since I was about 10 weeks along. Everyday since it has started has gotten worse as the baby and my uterus get heavier. I was taken out of work at 28 weeks because the pain has gotten so bad that I could hardly stand to do my job. Mine is diagnosed as pubic symphysis dysfunction, its very common among Pregnant women and is something to def. Read into especially if your pain gets worse the further along you get. I guess natural delivery is usually okay, but its best you do it without an epidural so you can feel which position is causing more pain to this area, laying on your back with legs In stirrups is one of the worse positions when considering the pelvic area, on all fours, standing (or on knees), and laying on your side are ones that work best. Getting an epidural causes threat to completely tearing your pubic joint, I alway that my "pubic bone" was a bone, but indeed, its a joint that holds both sides of your pelvic bone together. Tearing this joint (Ive read many horror stories of women who have) can result in not walking for months and using a walker or a cane up to a year after tearing the joint. Im sure yours wont get this bad but it wont hurt to read up on it! Knowledge is key, if this is your third you have plently of it!! Im 33 weeks with my third as well and I was all for having a natural delivery this time around but I may be trying to fight for a csection to avoid any possible future damage.
