raspberry leaf tea during pregnancy
What is your expirence with taking raspberry leaf tea during pregnancy? Did you find or someone you know find that it works?
I love drinking it. Havent had my baby to see if it actually works but ill post as soon as I do.
It works to tone your uterus, not induce labour (which is a common myth). May reduce your pushing time during labour and help shrink your uterus after birth. I drank it during my last trimester and while I had a c-section due to a breech baby, 3 weeks on and my stomach is almost completely flat. Whether the tea has helped, I'm not sure but I enjoy the flavour so keep drinking it.
