raspberry leaf tea?

When did you start drinking it? How often? And any good experiences?

Hmm. I was told 1 to 2 cups a day in 2nd trimester and 3 to 4 cups a day in third trimester. Which is what Ive been doing since about 14 weeks or so.

shouldn't believe  everything on google. im just going based off of what my midwife and naturpath have said. they now has me started on evening primrose oil to soften the cervix (just orally for now)on top of the tea.

If you Google it it actually says it helps soften the cervix. Tone the uterus and balance hormones. Plus more.

i started with one cup a day at 36wk and upped it to two cups after 37wks. it does not induce labour what it helps to do is tone and condition your uterus in the hopes that once you  go into labour your contractions are effective at helping you dilate, doesn't  do anything for your cervix.

Started at 37 weeks 1 cup per day but sometimes I forgot lol x
