red meat
I ate a burger today & halfway through, realized that the meat was red. Should the baby be okay?
It wasn't raw. More medium. I did order well done, however. I was just repulsed to see pink. Kinda freaked out at the moment because I know we're only supposed to eat our meat well done when pregnant.
Was it raw or just like medium rare? Baby is probably fine but if you're worried I'd go to the doctor.
