You're not supposed to. Before i got pregnant i was working with special needs children and some of them were in their condition because their mothers drank "lightly"while pregnant. I love special needs children, that's why it was my living, but his sad that it could've been prevented. Why even risk such a precious thing even if you think the risk is small? I bet the mommy's in the small percentile wish they would've rather been safe than sorry.

My mom did with me and I'm fine. :D I had one a few weeks ago and asked for only half of the normal pour.

One glass every now and then is fine. I personally don't believe alot of the do's and dont's during pregnancy. I'm alive and well with no side effects at 22 and my mum did almost everything she wasn't "supposed" to do with me and my 3 sisters because they didn't have all these restrictions in place. Everything is too looked into these days.

I work at starbucks which is hard to do when pregnant. I want to have my coffee. I do however drink decaffeinated drinks and have my occasional caffeinated beverages. I also have had a couple glasses of wine, but nothing over the top. I see no harm in drinking caffeinated drinks but limit them. The occasional glass of wine shouldn't be bad as well.

Ive had 3 glasses of red wine while I've been pregnant.  The doctor says it's alright.  But by any means you should not drink everyday or get drunk. once in awhile is ok but don't over due it or get out of control.

You are allowed to drink teas and coffees, however you just have to limit yourself to how many cups you drink. With alcohol you aren't suppose to drink
