I just got back from the hospital because My plug is coming out slowly and I'm having contractions they monitored me and the baby checked my cervix I'm still at one cm so they sent me home :( .. What else can I do to dilate ?

Hi. Walk, walk, walk. This happened with my first. My mom had me drink some kind of oil. Don't do that, it caused meconium issues and needing a neonatalagist in the room. Just know that you're getting closer to meeting your little one.
