Anything i can do for acid reflux relief? I can't sleep I've been thru 6 gallons of milk since the 1st of this month. Tums only work for a little while. help plz

I really have bad reflux for aost 3 months...milk and all home remedies doesn't work my doctor prescribed rantac....before dinner and that works for me....bcu I'm able to sleep

I think milk makes mine worse. I drink lots of water and sit up in bed also really watch what you eat. Ice, water, mints help so much!

I chew tums or drink a cold glass of milk & that seems to help me.

I know it doesn't help most people but I drink milk when mine acts up. Helps every time

Ive been taking zantac but I can get reflux 2 hrs after taking one and I know it says do not take two within 24 hrs. I was wondering if there was any other things like home remedies that could help as well

I use  mint rolaids. I get bad acid reflex too

My Dr prescribed zantac for me & omg what a difference.

Try zantac or pepcid. They are safe to use.
