Contractions confused
I'm currently 39 weeks and I am struggling to understand what contractions are gonna feel like...A lot of people have said my stomach will harden up with the pain however my bump is solid and couldn't possibly harden up anymore so I think that one is out. So do I just wait until it's unbearable pain? I'm confused
It will feel like period cramps at first( If you have front labor) it will start on your sides and then come around to the front, believe it or not your tummy will tighten up even more. They will increasingly get more regular and intense. Back labor feels a bit different. Kind of starts out feeling like you pulled something in your lower back. The pains fade in and out getting increasingly more intense. Imo back labor is more painful. Good luck :-)
