Is it safe to make lasagne using ricotta cheese?

Just to let you know, most of the cheeses in the u.s.are pasteurized and are safe to eat, even sodt cheeses.

I did a lasagna with ricotta a couple weeks ago and I ate a big portion and I am ok

I dont see why not. Especially because youll be cooking it. I love lasagna with ricotta cheese and ate it A LOT with both of my pregnancies including this one. Both of my lil ones are big and healthy. Take care :)
