I live in California and the sun is just so perfect today and I've been inside pretty much since it became cold and I got paleish color since I didn't see sun because I've been covered up with sweaters and leggings and it was wondering if it's ok to just sit outside get some color again or I can't because the heat on my belly?

I would just use my instincts if I were you. When I tanned I would stop when I started sweating. If you're worried then that's probably your mind telling you to stop.

I can take the heat but idk if it's safe for the baby since the heat is going to my belly the most

Ok thanks. I've only been outside for less then 10 minutes and my lower belly is getting all the heat and the rest of my body isn't

I mean, too much heat is bad, but you can tell when you're overheated. Just listen to your body.

I never use tanning beds or tanning lotions I just use some good old sunscreen and sit out for hours either sitting or doing things around outside but since I got pregnant in august 2014 and where I live some days were cold and warm then  old again and now today I'm loving this heat and I was just wondering if it's safe but thank you

Oh ok because I've seen posts on here that say too much heat on the belly is bad. That's why I asked because I'm a first time mom and I wasn't sure or not

Its fine to tan. I tanned during the summer, my doctor just told me not to use tanning beds.
