Nope. The heat depletes baby of nutrients and can make you faint. baby barrows more blood from you then returns so that baby can get nutrients. Same reason you can't donate blood while pregnant. Also avoid hot long baths. Hot tubs.
No the heat can affect the baby hot tubs sauna's hot pads are off limits while pregnant.
