scared of giving birth..

I'm so scared of giving birth I feel like if my baby would wanna come out I would keep her in there or something and I would tighten myself cause I'll be scared of letting her out, my main fear is getting torn and sew back I'm so scared of the outcome, I'm a first time mom and I don't want epidural.

Well she has to come out at some.point, so you really don't have much of a choice sweetie. :p Those delivery nurses and doctors have ways of making you push that baby out whether you want to or not. I'd prefer ripping or tearing over having to have a c-section, personally.

I always told myself with my first that she got in there so she has to come out. I laughed a lot and joked about it. I wasn't scared or nervous the first time. This time around I have my moments of being nervous but I'm not scared. I'm more worried about having a c section than the birth lol. I'm 31 weeks and it has been brought up because of how he is turned and how much weight I have gained with this one. No need to worry. Doctors and the staff are amazing to their patients.

I remember when I had my daughter I was nervous too. Just try your best to stay calm and know everyone there is there to help you and to make sure you and your baby are safe and comfortable. Tearing isn't bad and healing isn't either. When the baby comes you'll wanna let it! I promise haha. Keep in mind if you decide you want an epidural then that's TOTALLY fine and won't harm your baby. You do what you need to do!

I had a 4th degree episiotomy with my first baby. Second baby I didn't tear at all. Your body heals. Don't worry! You'll do great.
