This did happen, my doctor told it was vitamin D deficit, check with your doc for supplements
For my sciatic pain. A heating pad on the lowest level alternating on and off every ten minutes on my lower back helps. I also got a belly support band from target that helps a lot.
I'm 21 weeks preg and my thighs are really hurting like I've done some exersize and pulled muscles or something. Is this normal?
I'm 19 weeks and I know exactly how you feel, I asked my doctor and he said there isn't much that can be done. Usually a visit at the chiropractor helos but being pregnant it's something we cannot do for safety reasons. I personally find that a nice warm bath helps a bit and my pregnancy pillow to sleep in also does. Good luck x
