I tested positive with results 1/190 has anyone else been in this situation

It's was the second part of the screen test for down.syndrome
I had a 1/47 chance my baby would have down syndrome. It was a stressful time. I went for the amnio and it turns out the baby was fine and we found out we were having a boy. We were so happy.
What test did you take?
They told me the same thing with my first child. And shes perfectly healthy. After talking to other moms, pretty much everyone I knew was told the same thing and they all have healthy children. I think that test is just a waste of time and causes unnecessary stress and worry.
If anyone has any advice it would be helpful
