My first was a bit and I had no issues with any sickness, just tired. I'm 8wks tomorrow and with this one I've had nausea and bad gas, cravings, and just everything typical of pregnancy. Lol. I'm guess they are right when they say no pregnancy is the same. :)

I was sick for my entire pregnancy with my daughter.  This time around with my son I was sick until 25 weeks then it went away until about 32 weeks and has been back for a month.  I think it depends on the pregnancy not the gender. My mom didn't get sick with any of her children regardless of sex.
